The first season of the anime was a quick hit taking over the hearts of millions of fans all over the world. The animation quality was just brilliant. Similarly, the relationship between Tanjiro and Nezuko was heart touching. The overall story telling and character development was also fabulous.
After the end of first season the movie 'Mugen Train' was released. The movie was also a blockbuster hit in Japan breaking multiple box office records and finally becoming the highest grossing movie in Japanese box office. It was also submitted in 'Best Animated Feature Film' category for Academy Awards.
Similarly, the manga of the anime broke the record held by One Piece for most copies sold. It was a great accomplishment for Koyoharu Gotouge.
Now, with the arrival of season two fans are hoping the series to become more exciting and interesting. The anime has established itself as one of best shonens competing among the likes of My hero Academia, Black Clover, Boruto, Dr. Stone, etc.
